Controls and parameters
Labels and units follow the controls in the app. The instrument, model, or mode can change which controls are visible.

|---|---|---|
| Level | -12 – 12 dB | The strength of a signal at a point, or a control that changes it. |
| Frequency | 20 – 20000 Hz | The number of cycles per second, measured in hertz.10-band EQ editor; Frequency and Q are available in advanced settings. Low cut and High cut are enabled separately. |
| Gain | -12 – 12 dB | Boost or cut applied to a filter band.10-band EQ editor; Frequency and Q are available in advanced settings. Low cut and High cut are enabled separately. |

| High cut | 2000 – 20000 Hz | A filter that attenuates higher frequencies while passing lower ones.10-band EQ editor; Frequency and Q are available in advanced settings. Low cut and High cut are enabled separately. |
What is this effect for?
Edits a 10-band EQ with Frequency, Gain, Q, cuts, and comparisons.

Use Before and After on the same passage. Adjust the bands manually, then Apply. For Bass and Acoustic, use the manual parametric editor; guitar-specific measurement recommendations are not available for every instrument.
Things to watch
The 10 EQ bands differ from the 20 meter-analysis bands. A response curve describes the filter rather than the output spectrum. Choose the analysis scope before applying recommendations.
Open the definition on a control label to understand its function. The same label can mean different things in different effects. Compare the active and bypassed sound at similar levels.
