What does it mean?
Comb filtering can be intentional in a flanger, or unwanted in direct monitoring plus DSP or parallel routing. A single EQ does not necessarily fix the underlying delay.
ExampleDirect input monitoring mixed with app output delayed by a few milliseconds can sound hollow.
