Noise Gate

A processor that attenuates the signal when its level is low.

What does it mean?

A gate does not separate noise from a note while you are playing. Adjust Threshold and Release to quiet the gaps without cutting sustain.

ExamplePlace it early for input noise; consider placing it after drive for noise added there.
