Controls and parameters
Labels and units follow the controls in the app. The instrument, model, or mode can change which controls are visible.
| Control | Displayed range | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Rate | 0.05 – 8 Hz | How quickly a process repeats or changes. |
| Depth | 0 – 10Control scale 0–10; not a distortion percentage or a dB value. | The amount of change applied by modulation. |
| Feedback | -0.9 – 0.9 | Feedback around a short delay; negative values invert the loop's polarity. |
| Blend | 0 – 100 % | The balance between the original signal and the processed signal. |
What is this effect for?
Creates a moving comb-filter sweep using a short modulated delay.
Try listening
Start with Feedback at zero, then compare positive and negative values on the same phrase. A slow Rate makes the sweep easier to hear; Depth changes its range.
Things to watch
High Feedback emphasizes resonance and can change level. Negative Feedback gives a different character; it does not mean the control is faulty.
Open the definition on a control label to understand its function. The same label can mean different things in different effects. Compare the active and bypassed sound at similar levels.
